I understand my world through painting

I was born and raised on harsh but beautiful land near the Drakensberg mountains, Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa. The wild freedom of my childhood encouraged an intrinsic connection to nature which influences my work’s mood, tonality and palette.

Based in Cape Town, South Africa, I work in a variety of mediums both traditional and digital: digital painting, vector illustration, pen + ink on paper, acrylic on canvas and murals.
