All artwork and content on this site is copyright to Melany Jane, all rights reserved. Please respect my work, and consider copyright and intellectual property laws before using any image found online.

I am open to images being used for both personal and commercial use but permission needs to be granted. Please email me, I do read my emails and am open to requests.

If written permission to use an image is granted, images may not be altered in any way and proper crediting (as below) needs to be visible:

Artist: Melany Jane with a visible link to my website or Instagram page.

Images will need to be removed for any use deemed inappropriate, even if permission was previously granted.

Images for use in publications (digital or printed) would require consideration and a licensing fee.
